Ok, this is the first step. I've created the layout of the dictionary.
Before we go further, I need brief comments/suggestions on it.
Summary
The idea here is the dictionary must be able to be embedded anywhere together with other
page contents. But to ready show the dictionary is not good, as it need a space for itself.
The dictionary main body will be a widget. That is, it will be standalone. Operation on a page
have no relation with the dictionary. Link/button to open the dictionary(widget) will be placed
somewhere in a page.

Use Case1
-When opened, [4]Translation Results contents shows the introduction of the dictionary,
and description for each dialect about what and which dictrict use it.
-User insert a search word and click search button. If no dialect selected, [4]Translation Results
will show a message to select a target translation dialect.
-If no search word inserted, click on a dialect will show the description of that dialect.
