I have known a fren who had remove the breast bcos of cancer. I have asked her, what actually cause she got it. This is what she tell me.. it is because of food she took & she don't breastfeed the baby. The high potential food such as kolok mee, yellow mee, can food, fired/oily food. When you breastfeed, make sure there's no leftover milk. When the milk not suck not, it soon can be harden & turn to be cancer.. I understand some baby don't like breastfeed like mine but i used to pump out.. Takut juak dengar breast cancer tok..

But women's breast tissue nang lumpy juak . I often checked my breast for lumps , but im not sure what to looked for.
So it is mandatory for women to hv their breast checked by their doctors. Jangan malu2 ...it is gud to hv papsmear done annually too.

hmm... talking about breastfeed, i know a friend.. lepas melahirkan, nya mpun susu kurang sangat, baby nya kelaparan alu majuk sik mok nenen, so nya berik susu tin ja la... since then alu la baby nya sik nenen dgn nya, minum susu tin ya aja.. sampe knk tok... baby baru umo 6 bulan... susu nya mpun memang sik da gik... riso juak mun apa2.. so nya pegi molah pap smear... yala juz in case.. orang bilang malang x berbau.. so beta beringat / berjaga sebelum kena... kapal laut karam melaporkan... hehehe

Thats true sis.. I also selalu check the lumpy.. Bila pergi check papsmear, ada juak doctor ajar sekali tp sik faham juak ku sik. Mun sik sure lump cancer, pergi check ajak ngan doctor. Dun care how much we spend for the checking drpd we spend for the medical fees. Mencegah lebih baik drpd mengubati..
