dah jarang2 juak ku makan gula nek tok...slalu nya mun molah air mesti campur ngan honey(madu lebah) jak...mun dulok di rumah mek org sebulan gula makai 4 kilo..nek tok gula makai sik sampe 2 kilo...kurang kan gula utk kesihatan...
